About me
A few years ago, I found myself facing a challenging time with my physical health— a period truly testing the limits of my resilience. With a young family depending on me and the fear of physical disability looming large, I felt lost and, in hindsight, likely depressed. My father, however, became my guiding light and recommended meditation as a practice. Coupled with spiritual readings and listening, this shifted my entire outlook on life, or more precisely, on our minds—what we think, feel, and believe. It led to a profound recovery, both physically and mentally.

Following this transformative experience, I reached new heights in my personal and professional life. As a medical doctor and medical educationist, I became acutely aware of the additional needs and challenges young medical doctors face beyond their medical skills and knowledge. I discovered that even the most talented doctors from prestigious universities often wrestle with mental health struggles or significant life decisions. I initially attempted to help them through advice and motivation but soon realized that these could only take someone so far. True and lasting breakthroughs occur when individuals find inspiration within themselves, and I realized I needed to enhance my ability to facilitate this.
Determined to help others achieve such breakthroughs, I embarked on a new path—coaching. Learning from industry leaders, I became a certified coach through Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes Institute. Today, I assist individuals facing career dilemmas, helping them attain their goals and aspirations, and navigate life's challenges successfully. My mission is to ensure that no one, especially young adults, suffers silently from anxiety or depression but instead becomes the best version of themselves in all aspects of their life.
